TERMS OF THE TITAN KIT FOR €49
A licence. One computer. Regular updates.
- The licence is personal, non-transferable and intended for a single active installation on one computer.
- Activation will be linked to a technical identifier derived from the motherboard. The raw number must not be publicly displayed or included in documents.
- Files, keys and activation elements cannot be given away, resold, copied or made available to a third party.
- A new computer or the voluntary replacement of the motherboard will require a new licence. A replacement under warranty or a justified failure may be subject to an exceptional review according to the published procedure.
- A review of the kit is scheduled at least every six months. Important corrections and new tools will be offered to holders of a valid licence when they are compatible with their version and machine.
- Automatic updates are not yet available. They will only be announced after the development, securing and testing of the mechanism.
The terms, maintenance duration and reactivation procedure are specified in the Particulars Terms and Conditions accessible before payment.

Prerequisites
Compatible computer, administrator rights, supported and up-to-date system, stable internet connection, backup of important data and availability of the phone used for WhatsApp. The client chooses and retains their own AI model account — for example ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic or Gemini/Google — free or paid according to their needs. FUSIALAB explains the differences, but the choice and any subscription remain in the client’s name and at their expense.
What TITAN does not promise
No system is invulnerable. TITAN does not guarantee universal compatibility, the total absence of risk, or the free provision of third-party services. FUSIALAB is independent of OpenClaw, OpenAI, WhatsApp, Microsoft and the other publishers mentioned.
