Separation

Each business has an independent environment. Users, history, files, indexes, backups, and permissions are not shared between clients.

GDPR Roles

The contract will determine, for each processing activity, whether the client business is the data controller and whether FUSIALAB acts as a processor. A separate processing agreement will be prepared when necessary.

Supervision

JAROD Master only accesses information and functions authorised by the contract. Support access is limited, logged, and revocable.
